It has come to my attention fom my interactions with an IDF lady link, that more must be done to protect people from the acts of criminals. Knowing that there are those who, through the functions of hyperspace machines, can impose themselves on others, it is important to identify limits and enforce those limits through the courts: If by observation, it can be determined that laws are being breached, then the individual breaching those laws must have their access to hyperspace machines revoked; to do so the individual breaching the law must be identified to the courts, along with their offence, at which point the owner of the hyperspace machine assisting the perpetrator (or the owner themselves) must be served a notice of the offence and given a period of not more than 30 days to comply with the courts ruling. If the owners do not comply, they will be in violation of the law, and further action must be taken, including imprisonment and seized equipment. Royal/Federal/State/Provincial/Regional/Municipal laws, in that order, apply to all people, regardless of rank or post.

In response to snipers in buildings, sniper flags shall be adhered to buildings in a position directly above windows of rooms occpied by snipers, this task will be preformed by the UK hyperspace machine.
